The Settlement Agreement dated 19th January 2026 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement') between the petitioners and the respondent/BSES has been placed on record.

In terms of the settlement, the entire payment has been made by the petitioners to the respondent/BSES.

In light of the aforesaid settlement, the present writ petition, along with all application(s) is disposed of.
