O R D E R

% 09.03.2019 Parties have mutually agreed to resolve the subject matter and thereunder, the respondent Insurance company has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.11,50,000/- ( Rupees Eleven Thousand Fifty thousand only) over and above the amount payable in terms of the impugned award as full and final settlement.

Today, the insurance company has handed over a cheque bearing No. 593557 dated 08.03.2019 amounting to Rs.11,50,000/- drawn on Corporation Bank, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, favouring the appellant. The said cheque be released by DHCLSC to the claimant on

verification, in consonance with the terms of the award. The impugned award stands modified to that effect. Consequently, the appeal shall stand disposed of.

Parties have also mutually agreed that the claimant shall be at liberty to approach MACT for the release of the amount (s) as the exigencies may require, which shall be duly considered.
