Though this matter was listed on 03.03.2026, in terms of Circular No. 64/G-4/Genl.-I/DHC dated 27.02.2026, the same has been listed today. 2.

We have been informed that unfortunately, the petitioner and respondent no.2 could not amicably settle their disputes in the mediation process.

In view of the above, the interim arrangement made by us in the order dated 21.01.2026 shall continue unless modified on an application filed by either party before a Court of appropriate jurisdiction. In the interregnum, the petitioner shall ensure that the respondent no. 2 is allowed to meet the child at least once a week, if he so desires and requests. We make it clear that as and when such application is filed by either of the parties regarding the custody or visitation with the child, the order dated 21.01.2026 shall not in any manner influence the Competent Court to decide the same in accordance with the law. 5.
