% 19.01.2016 This is a suit for specific performance valued at Rs.32 lakhs. Ld. counsel for defendant submits that suit property is situated at Village Jaunti which falls under the jurisdiction of District North-West Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North-West), Rohini, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North-West), Rohini, Delhi on 26.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
