O R D E R

% 05.03.2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner inter alia praying for the following relief:- "(i) issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions whereby directing the respondents to delete/remove the name of the petitioner namely, from the black list; enabling her to come to India and join the company of her husband in India;"

The respondent no. 2 in its counter affidavit has stated that the petitioner had been blacklisted from travelling to India and such blacklisting has now ceased to exist and her name has been deleted from the said list on 17.06.2019.

In view of the above, there is no embargo on the petitioner to travel to India.

In view of the above, the petitioner would be at liberty to apply for a visa to travel to India, which shall be considered by the respondent in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed in the above terms.
