The petitioners are seeking appointment of an arbitrator under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
2.
The arbitration agreement between the parties is contained in clause 65 of the lease deed dated 30th July, 2012 which is reproduced in para-14 of the petition.
3.
The petitioners invoked the arbitration vide notice dated 17th February, 2017 which was not responded by the respondent. 4.
There is no appearance on behalf of the respondent despite service. 5.
The petition is allowed and Mr.Jasmeet Singh, Advocate (Mobile No.9810064790) is appointed as a sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter claims. 6.
The arbitration shall be conducted under the ageis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre.
7.
The learned arbitrator shall ensure the compliance of Section 12 read with Fifth and Sixth schedule of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before commencing the arbitration.
8.
The fee of the learned arbitrator shall be in accordance with the schedule of fees prescribed under the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre (Administrative Costs and Arbitrators' Fees) Rules. 9.
Copy of this order be sent to the learned arbitrator. 10.
Copy of this order be sent to Delhi International Arbitration Centre. 11.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
