Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of accordingly.

CRL.M.A. 870/2025 (directions for issuance of fresh demand draft) 3.

The present application under Section 528 of the BNSS read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "a) Direct the Registrar General, Delhi High Court, to cancel the Demand Draft bearing the incorrect name and issue a fresh Demand Draft in favor of the Applicant / Respondent No2 with the correct name, "Suman Chauhan"; AND /OR b) Direct the Registrar General, Delhi High Court, to return the amount of Rs.l,00,000/- deposited by Petitioner/Accused to the Respondent No2/Applicant, thereby enabling her to receive the compensation as per the order of this Hon'ble Court; And/or c) Pass such orther or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." In view of the averments made in the present application, the same is allowed.

The Registrar General of this Court is directed to correct the name of respondent No.2 as 'Suman Chauhan' in the subject demand draft and issue a fresh demand draft in the aforesaid name.
