By this application, the respondent seeks dismissal of WP(C) 454/2024 as having become infructuous as the recognition of the petitioner institution stands withdrawn on 10 January 2024. 2.

Mr. Pratul Saurabh, learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the order of withdrawal of recognition by way of a statutory appeal. 3.

Reserving leave and liberty as aforesaid, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
