The present application has been filed seeking extension of interim bail granted by an order dated 30.12.2019.

A status report had had been filed, wherein it has been verified that the petitioner's wife had undergone a surgery and will be discharged today. 3.

Ms Dhalla, learned APP points out that the medical certificate has been given by the child specialist and not by any surgeon. Be that as it may, since the petitioner's wife is being discharged today, the interim bail granted by an order dated 30.12.2019 is extended for a further period of one week from today.
