This is a petition filed with the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon' ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, or direction: a) to the respondent's considering the representation of petitioner dated 23.12.2021 and to issue direction to transfer the petitioner from Southern Railway Zone Chennai to Northern Railway zone or Northern Eastern Railway zone as per his merit list and preference given at the time of his joining with all the seniority benefit and b) Any other relief for which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may be granted in favour of the Petitioner in the interest of justice."
