After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order by setting aside the impugned judgment dated 3.12.2018 but it is observed and as agreed that the respondent no.1/plaintiff will complete her evidence in chief within five opportunities and even the appellants/defendants will not take more than five opportunities to complete

their evidence in chief. It is also directed that the trial court will complete the final arguments in the suit within four months of completion of evidence. Trial court is also requested to expedite the disposal of the suit. 3.

Accordingly, this appeal is allowed by setting aside the impugned judgment dated 3.12.2018 and parties will appear before the District & Sessions Judge, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 1st February, 2019 and the District & Sessions Judge will now mark the suit for disposal to a competent court in accordance with law.
