% 17.02.2020 CM No.6200/2020 in WP(C) 13198/2019 CM No.6199/2020 in WP(C) 560/2020 These applications have been filed seeking modification of the orders dated 19.12.2019 and 21.01.2020 in WP(C) 13198/2019 and order dated 15.01.2020 in WP(C) 560/2020 passed by this Court. The applications are premised on the Office Memorandum dated 10.01.2020 issued by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India. In my opinion, the aforestated orders do not require any modification based on the Office Memorandum, however, it is made clear that the orders passed by this Court shall not act as a precedent. The time for compliance of the above orders is extended by a further eight weeks on the same terms and conditions as specified in the previous orders.
