The petitioner is seeking extension of time for conclusion of arbitration proceedings which are at the stage of final arguments. 2.
The Arbitral Tribunal has already partly heard the matter for two hearings i.e. 19th November, 2019 and 20th December, 2019. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent have objections to the fee schedule of the Arbitral Tribunal. However, this objection cannot be considered in these proceedings. 4.
The petition is allowed and the time period for conclusion of the arbitration proceedings is extended by a further period of six months from today.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
