By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks grant of parole for a period of four weeks, on the ground of arranging fund for the treatment of his son.

The concern of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that since the son of the present petitioner is suffering from Arrthythmia, for the treatment of the same, he needs to arrange funds and the application for grant of parole may not be decided by the jail authorities and therefore the present petitioner The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In these circumstances, it is specifically directed that considering the facts of this case, the present writ petition be treated as representation on behalf of the petitioner for grant of parole on the ground mentioned in the present petition and the concerned Jail Superintendent shall decide the same, within a period of two weeks from date, under intimation to this Court. 6.

Let the copy of the present writ petition and the order be provided to the concerned Jail Superintendent.
