The present petition alleges unauthorized construction in the property bearing No.B-153, Gandhi Vihar, Delhi, including over public property (public road/common passage) shown in the site plan, filed along with the present petition.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1, who appears on advance notice submits that the property in question has been booked on 15.09.2023 and that appropriate action for demolition of the unauthorized construction shall be taken expeditiously within a period of four weeks. 3.

Binding the respondent no.1/MCD to the aforesaid statement, the present petition stands disposed of.
