During the course of hearing, it is pointed out to us that we had dismissed the appeal of the appellant-assessee for the Assessment Year 2003-04 vide order dated 14th January, 2019 passed in ITA No. 13/2019. The said appeal and present appeal of the common order of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal dated 15.2.2018 relating to the Assessment Years 2002-
