Learned counsel for the respondents submit that a Speaking Order has been passed in terms of the directions contained in the order dated 30.01.2025 in W.P.(C) 1201/2025.

As such, the necessary compliance has been made by the respondents. 3.

The petitioner is, however, seriously aggrieved by the said Speaking Order dated 25.02.2026. Needless to say, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies with regard thereto, in accordance with law. 4.
