This is a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences which have arisen between the parties in respect of the work agreement dated 20.07.2010. 3.

Learned proxy counsel for the parties jointly submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement whereunder the respondent has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.28 lakhs to the petitioner in full and final settlement of all its claims. A copy of the said agreement is handed over in Court and is taken on record. They therefore, pray that the petition be disposed of in terms of settlement. 4.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, the petition is

disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 19.02.2020. The parties will remain bound by the terms of the settlement. REKHA PALLI, J FEBRUARY 20, 2020/gm
