Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw the petition with direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the application under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.'), pending before it, as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection if the said application is disposed of as per law.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the above-said application as expeditiously as possible, as per law.
