This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff seeking permanent injunction restraining misappropriation of personality rights, privacy, publicity rights, defamation, rendition of accounts, damages, cost etc. 4.

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Plaintiff, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this suit to approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction in the matter.
