2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the statutory remedy that may be available to the Petitioner in accordance with law.

3. In the event that the issue concerning limitation arises, it will be open to the Petitioner to point out to the forum concerned, that he had written to the Registrar within two days of the election, about his grievance. That will be taken into account while examining the question of limitation.
