By impugned order dated 18.02.2025, the Central Administrative Tribunal has only condoned the delay in filing Petition for incorrect fixation of pension payable to the Respondent, who retired as a Lift Operator.

The Original Application No. 866/2025 is pending. 3.

The denial of appropriate pension results in continuing cause of action. Hence, there is no ground to interfere and the present Writ Petition is dismissed.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
