This writ petition seeks a direction to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to enter the Petitioners' names in the revenue records of the Government of NCT of Delhi as Bhumidhar in respect of land situated in Village Harewali, Delhi.

Mr. Lalltaksh Joshi, counsel appearing for the GNCTD, points out that the land-owning agency, namely the Delhi Development Authority, has not been impleaded as a party to the present proceedings. 3.

In view of the aforesaid objection, counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, after curing the said defect. 4.
