Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of Look Out Circular ('LOC') issued against the Petitioner by the Respondent CBI in RC-221/2022/E0025 dated 13.06.2022, for offences under Sections 170/419/120B read with 420 IPC and Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at PS EO-III, Delhi. 2.

Learned SPP for CBI submits that Look Out Circular ('LOC') has already been closed against the Petitioner.
