Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and accepts notice. He, however, also informs that after the order dated 19.12.2024 passed by learned Division Bench of this Court, the petitioner has submitted one more application.

Irrespective of the above, during course of the consideration, learned counsel for respondent submitted that the above said direction contained in order dated 19.12.2024 shall be complied with and the application earlier filed by the petitioner on 11.07.2024 shall be disposed of in accordance with law by way of reasoned and speaking order.

It also seems that the present petition has been filed with some undue hurry. Moreover, none appears from the side of the petitioner. 4.

The petition stands disposed of in view of the above said assurance given by respondent. Needless to say that the petitioner would still be at liberty to file petition afresh in case it feels that there is any non-compliance.
