% 19.02.2020 The present petition is filed by petitioner for grant bail in FIR No.79/2018 for offences punishable u/s 376 IPC & Section 6 POCSO Act. Keeping in view serious allegations against petitioner and the fact that only 8 witnesses out of 12 witnesses have been examined so far, I am not inclined to grant bail to petitioner.

Accordingly, present petition is dismissed.
