% 20.01.2020 Crl. M.A. 1182/2020 (for extension of parole) By way of this application, the petitioner is seeking extension of parole for a period of thirty days on the ground of medical condition. I have perused the medical documents of the petitioner, which show that every parameter is within normal range. In view of this, no grounds are made out for extension of parole.
Dismissed. However, Jail Superintendant is directed to see that the petitioner is given proper treatment for his ailment, and if required he may be taken to AIIMS also.
It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been given appointment for 22.1.2020 by the doctors in AIIMS. Jail Superintendant is also directed to make arrangement in this regard for treatment of the petitioner in AIIMS.
A copy of this order be transmitted to Jail Superintendant. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
