The learned counsel for the Applicant prays for leave to withdraw the present application, while confining his prayer to a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the conclusion of the trial.

The learned APP points out that the testimony of three witnesses, including the Investigating Officer, is pending before the learned Trial Court.

Keeping in view the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn, with a request to the learned Trial Court to expedite the conclusion of the trial by making an endeavour to conclude the same within a period of four months of the first listing of the same before it, post this order.
