By way of present writ petition, the petitioner had sought directions to be given to respondent no.2-Commissioner of Police for conducting a vigilance inquiry against respondent nos. 3 to 5 in FIR No. 300/2019 under Sections 186/353/307/34 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act registered at P.S. North Rohini.

that a vigilance inquiry has already been concluded by the Delhi Police and a copy whereof shall be supplied to Mr. Joginder Tuli, learned counsel for the petitioner within two weeks.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition, the same is disposed of as infructuous. The miscellaneous application is also disposed of as infructuous.
