Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and submits that the matter is under active process and the requisite compliance shall be made within eight weeks from today. She further, submits that she is making such statement as per the instruction which she has received from the respondents.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the moment, does not press the present petition and seeks liberty to revive the present petition by moving appropriate application, in case the requisite compliance is not done within eight weeks.

The petition stands disposed of as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
