Mr. Narayan, who appears for the respondent/DOE informs me that the order concerning academic sessions 2018-2019 and 20192020 has already been passed by the DOE. 2.

A copy of the order has been furnished to Mr. Rao, advocate, who appears on behalf of the petitioner.

In these circumstances, Mr. Rao seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. 4.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Resultantly, pending applications shall also stand closed. 6.

The date already fixed in the matter i.e. 12.3.2020 shall stand cancelled.
