The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 423/2025 of PS Maidan Garhi for offence under Section 69 BNS. 2.

Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he raped the prosecutrix multiple times on false promise to marry, while he was already married and that he also clicked her objectionable photographs in mobile phone, which pictures have been recovered. There are allegations of money also taken by the accused/applicant from the prosecutrix. 3.
