The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 23rd December, 2024.

Vide the said order, directions were issued to SHO, P.S.: Lahori Gate, to stop the ongoing construction at property bearing no. 1239/1, First Floor, Katra Hussain Mirza, Farash Khana, Delhi-110006. 3.

Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 1/SHO submits that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, property was inspected on several dates and thereafter on 29th December, 2025 and no construction was CONT.CAS(C) 71/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. going on in the said property.

3.1 In fact, the statement of the petitioner has also been recorded on 10th January, 2026, confirming the aforesaid fact. 4.

Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no. 4 to 6 submits that no construction has been carried out in the said property, after the order was passed by this Court on 23rd December, 2025.

He further undertakes that no construction shall be carried out in terms of the order passed by this Court on 23rd December, 2025. 5.1.

The statement of the counsel is taken on record and respondents no.4 to 6 shall be bound by the same.

In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
