After some hearing, Mr. Anubhav Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application, with liberty to move the Trial Court after completion of the evidence of material witnesses.

However, Mr. Gupta submits that the Trial Court may be requested to expedite the examination of witnesses, as the matter has been kept at relatively long intervals so far. The applicant may make this request before the Trial Court, which is requested to consider the same in accordance with its own board, but having regard to the fact that the applicant remains in custody for about two and a half years. 3.
The bail application, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid observations. 4.
It is made clear that this order is not intended to constitute any expression of opinion on the merits of the applicant's case at any stage of proceedings.
