The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one, seeking an additional prayer to impugn the order vide which the bail was granted to the respondent no.2. 2.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
