The issue relates to illegal construction of the property. 4.

Pursuant to steps taken by STF, the MCD Nodal Officer, has stated that demolition programme had taken place on the property on 05th December 2023, and the roof slab of the fourth floor was demolished. The photographs have been appended along with the Action Taken Report. The said report may be placed on record.

The contempt petition is disposed of with the right to the petitioner to revive the petition in case, if there is any continued infraction. 6.
