However, counsel for respondent-MCD states that by orders dated 23rd August 2024 and 6th September 2024 status quo orders directed by the Appellate Tribunal of the MCD have still continued. 3.

In this view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with the right for petitioner to revive the petition, in case there is any continued infraction, subject to orders of the Appellate Tribunal of the MCD. 4.
