O R D E R

This Case is being taken up today as 14th April, 2025 was declared as a holiday on account of 'B.R. Ambedkar Jayanti'. 1.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order nd September, 2022, Property Tax Bill dated 12th September, 2022 dated 02 and Assessment Order dated 08th August, 2022, passed by the New Delhi Municipal Council ("NDMC").

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the objection raised by the respondents that there is an efficacious alternate The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. remedy available under Section 115 of the NDMC Act, 1994, wherein, the petitioner can file an appeal against the said Assessment Order, the petitioner is ready to avail the said remedy. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the said impugned Assessment Order in terms of the NDMC Act, 1994.

Let the needful be done by the petitioner within a period of two weeks, from today.

Rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. 6.

At the time of dealing with the issue of limitation, the Appellate Authority shall take into consideration the time period during which the present writ petition was pending before this Court. 7.
