This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"A. Punish the contemnors for disobedience of the order dated 04.07.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP (C) No. 8779 of 2023;

B. Impose exemplary cost on the contemnors and the same be recovered from the personal account/ property of the contemnors; C. Pass any other and further order/ s and/ or direction/ s as this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice." 3.

Vide order dated 04.07.2023 in W.P.(C) 8779/2023, the following directions were passed:

"8. In view of the innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioners and no objection on behalf of the respondent, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is granted liberty as prayed with direction to file an appropriate representation/application The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

along with the copy of this order within a period of 10 days and after receiving the representation/application, the respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation/application and pass a detailed and reasoned order in accordance with law expeditiously after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, preferably within a period of six weeks."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid directions have not been complied with.

Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner's representations dated 14.07.2023 and 25.07.2023 have been disposed of by a speaking order dated 25.05.2025. Copy of which has been placed on record with the response filed to the present petition. 6.

In response to the same, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid directions also mandated a personal hearing to the petitioner which has not been done.

In view of the above, learned Senior counsel for the respondents submits the respondents are ready to abide by the directions and the petitioner will be given a personal hearing before disposing of his representations dated 14.07.2023 and 25.07.2023 and dispose it of by a speaking order. 8.

Let the petitioner appear before the General Manager at Ashoka Hotel on 24.09.2025 at 04:00 PM.

The learned Senior counsel for the respondents submit that the aforesaid representations will be disposed of after giving personal hearing to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. 11.

Needless to state that in case of non-compliance, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the present petition.
