% 14.01.2020 Te learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent no.1, in view of the
deposit made by the petitioner(s), the Bank Guarantee(s) submitted by the petitioner(s) shall be duly released in favour of the petitioner(s) within a period of one week. The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 further submits that no further deduction on training cost shall be made during the notice period provided that the petitioner(s) perform their duties during the notice period.
Leaving all rights and contentions of the parties open, the petition(s) are disposed of recording the above statement of the learned counsel for the respondent no.1.
