O R D E R

% 18.01.2019 After arguments, the appeal and all the pending applications are disposed of with the consent order that the impugned judgment will stand as it is but the rate of interest @ 18% per annum will be reduced to 11% per annum simple. The appellant will however be entitled to make the payment according to the impugned judgment as modified by this order within a period of 09 months from today in three equal three monthly instalments.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order.
