Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 248/2022 of PS Jamia Nagar, District South-East (Delhi) for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners. 2.

At the very outset, learned APP points out that in the FIR, respondent no. 2 has disclosed heinous charges against her brothers-in-law. 3.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioners face trial. 4.
