% 11.02.2020 CM No.5475/2020 This application has been filed by the petitioner/applicant praying for a direction to the respondents to de-seal the machines of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that an FIR has been registered against the petitioner and the machines are now in the custody of the Court. He submits that the petitioner would therefore have to move the Court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for seeking release of the machines. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the Competent Court for the prayer made in the application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Dasti.
