1. The prayers in the present petition require to be allowed in terms of the decision dated 11th March, 2018 of this Court in W.P.(C) No.6094/2018 (Kalawati Thakur and others v. Union of India and Anr) against which the Respondents have decided not to file an SLP.

2. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and a direction is issued to the Respondents to promote the Petitioners to the rank of Inspector and Assistant Commandants from the date their immediate juniors have been granted such promotion, as shown in the revised promotion list by the Respondents, in compliance with the judgment dated 16th October, 2014 of the Supreme Court in CA Nos. 9840-41 of 2014 (Union of India v. Bilju A.T. and others) with all consequential benefits. The necessary orders be

issued within twelve weeks from today.
