We have interacted with the child and from the interaction, we find that the child has no discomfort in meeting the appellant and is, in fact, very comfortable with the appellant.

We have also interacted with the parties. They have gracefully agreed that the custody of the child shall be handed over by the respondent to the appellant on every second Saturday of the month at 09:00 AM at the Nangloi Police Station. The appellant shall hand back the custody of the child to the respondent on the next day, that is, Sunday at 06:00 PM.
