After some arguments, Ms Malvika Rajkotia, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the appellant, seeks to withdraw the instant appeal, based on instructions, with liberty to prosecute the suit which is pending adjudication before the Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P., concerning the immovable property described as, "C-241, Sector-44, Noida201313" [hereinafter referred to as the "property"]. 2.

The only protection that Ms Rajkotia seeks is that the status quo vis-avis title and the possession concerning the property should continue for the next two (02) weeks.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
