% 03.10.2016 CM APPL. 36668/2016 Present application has been filed seeking a direction to respondentDDA in accordance with the order dated 11th May, 2011 passed by this Court.

Today in Court, learned counsel for respondent has handed over a photocopy of the letter dated 12th September, 2016 written by Asst. Director (MIG) to the petitioner stating that the Competent Authority has approved the petitioner's case for placing in the next draw of lots. The said letter is taken on record.

Respondent-DDA is directed to comply with the order dated 11th May, 2011.

In view of the aforesaid letter, present application is disposed of as satisfied.
