As per the office report, notices issued through ordinary process for effecting service on the respondents are awaited/unserved. No steps whatsoever have been taken by learned counsel for the appellant to effect service on the respondents by speed post and registered AD post. 2.

Be that as it may, appearance is entered by learned counsel for the respondents, who states that he has entered appearance on the basis of instructions received from his clients.

A complete set of the appeal paper book shall be furnished to the counsel for the respondents within one week. Reply to the application shall be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder shall be filed within two weeks thereafter.
