O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 541/2019 This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 29A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with a prayer that the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the Award be extended till July 31, 2020.

Noting the contents of the petition and the learned counsel for the respondent has given his consent, the time for the Arbitral Tribunal, to complete the proceedings and render the Award is extended till July 31, 2020 effective from January 7, 2020.

The petition stands disposed of.
