The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner in the present petition was that the account of the petitioner had been freezed.

He submits that during pendency of the present petition, the account of the petitioner has now been defreezed by the respondent no.2/bank. 3.

Accordingly, he seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition. 4.

In view of the above, the petition alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
